There are a number of articles on the Internet about how to export from Google Scholar. Here is one of them:

http://texblog.org/2014/04/22/using-google-scholar-to-download-bibtex-citations/

Digital Measures also includes information on how to export from Google Scholar and a few other applications, and then how to import into FAIRS (Activity Insight)

http://info.digitalmeasures.com/bibtex

Google also includes this information in their Questions section:

To export all articles from your profile, choose the "Export" option from the Actions menu. To export specific articles, select the desired articles and then choose the "Export" option. You can pick the format for the exported articles using the menu on the export page.
Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:23:48ZRE: Editing NarrativesLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731592016-03-18T17:13:49Z2016-03-18T17:13:49ZCertainly! FAIRS will not be able to decide what report these items belong to, so it will add it to any report you run including that record type. To fix this, visit each of your records and update the date range. We recommend that you include at least the month and the year to help report accuracy.

Quick note on dates: Each screen usually has a required date field. You typically only need to fill in one year field to satisfy this requirement. If a record entered is ongoing, only fill in the start date. If a record enter occurred for a single year, only fill in the end date.
Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:12:46ZRE: Redundancy of information in my NarrativeLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731552016-03-18T17:08:07Z2016-03-18T17:08:07ZYou can always use your narrative to add more detail to any section of your FAR.Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:08:07ZRE: Pedagogical information for GSBPP FacultyLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731532016-03-18T17:06:37Z2016-03-18T17:06:37ZThe three different pedogogical sections that GSBPP faculty typically fill out for AACSB accreditation are on the Narratives screen.Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:06:37ZNon-AY related records appear in my FARLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731492016-03-18T17:03:47Z2016-03-18T17:03:47ZWhy do I have a number of prior year records showing up in my FAR?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:03:47ZScholarly activity participants not listedLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731452016-03-18T17:03:02Z2016-03-18T17:03:02ZMay I update the information in the Scholarly Activities to include other personnel who worked on the projects with me?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:03:02ZInstitution/Program Sponsored ActivitiesLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731392016-03-18T17:02:06Z2016-03-18T17:02:06ZWhere do I enter information for Institution or Program Sponsored Scholarly Activities?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:02:06ZGoogle Scholar ImportsLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731352016-03-18T17:00:49Z2016-03-18T17:00:49ZHow do I export my publications from Google Scholar and import into FAIRS?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T17:00:49ZRedundancy of information in my NarrativeLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731312016-03-18T16:59:53Z2016-03-18T16:59:53ZSome sections seem redundant with the narratives, is it ok to write about something that is reported in a different section of my FAR?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T16:59:53ZEditing NarrativesLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731272016-03-18T17:00:05Z2016-03-18T16:59:07ZCan we edit the Narratives after we have saved them?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T16:59:07ZPedagogical information for GSBPP FacultyLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731222016-03-18T17:00:17Z2016-03-18T16:55:20ZWhere do GSBPP faculty put pedagogical information specific for the Business School?Laura L Dippold2016-03-18T16:55:20ZRE: Sponsored Activity - records appear more than onceLaura L Dippoldhttps://cs.nps.edu/c/message_boards/find_message?p_l_id=113378686&messageId=1133731202016-03-02T02:55:35Z2016-03-02T02:55:35ZWe did our best to clean up the Sponsored Activity data to just one record per project.
